Who Do I Think I Am?

I am a woman.  I am a daughter, a sister, a wife and a mother.  I am a writer.  I am a reader, a knitter, a cook.  I am a teacher.  I am a dreamer.  I am a home schooling, crafting crazy train.  And I’m one of *those* moms (y’know, the ones who just won’t stop babbling about her children).

I am madly in love with my husband.  I know I’m an incredibly difficult wife.

I purposefully value the practice of kindness, and I am trying so hard not to be angry anymore.  You can measure my daily failures in f-bombs (Sorry!  You’ve been warned!).  I am a work in progress, an unfinished object, and I’ve veered wonderfully, terrifyingly off pattern.

I am a traveler, winding my way along the paths of life, content to adapt, discard and learn as I go.  Walk with me a while.  I have no idea where I’m going, but I’m pretty sure there’s fun to be had along the way.
